New Director of North American Operations
Lisa P. Peros, newly appointed Director of North American Operations, brings to Consortio over 15 years of experience improving organizational processes and developing business standards for operational efficiencies. Her operational background enables Consortio to build a foundation of best practices to include business reporting based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

In previous roles Ms. Peros led a dual organizational team to develop and deliver a new operating model for a 1,300-person software company with $600M+ sales.
