Lisa P. Peros, newly appointed Director of North American Operations, brings to Consortio over 15 years of experience improving organizational processes and developing business standards for operational efficiencies.  Her operational background enables Consortio to build a foundation of best practices to include business reporting based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

In previous roles Ms. Peros led a dual organizational team to develop and deliver a new operating model for a 1,300-person software company with $600M+ sales.  She was the operational manager for a $1.5B company merger which blended two business and operational models across a product and services businesses. 

As a corporate program manager, on a company-wide efficiency initiative, she delivered improved sales and operations processes, reducing operating costs by $20M. 

Ms. Peros also has experience evaluating and streamlining product development methodologies and has worked closely with lean and agile approaches.  She holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma Methodology.

Ms. Peros is accountable for the operational efficiency of North America’s business unit.  Her experience managing large teams, organizational evolution and change management, and the execution of business strategies will bring Consortio to realize their goals and objectives.
